Domaine de Bois Moze Cremant de Loire NV
91 Points - James Melendez. An exceptional organic sparkling wine that puts many champagnes in its shadow. This excellent Organic Crémant de Loire has been aged for a minimum of 12 months to obtain maximum aromatics and complexity. The first nose is delicate and very fresh, then it is more expressive through a small biscuit tip after aeration.

Silver Medal - Global Rosé Masters. Folc's 2023 Dry English still rosé is crispier, fresher & brighter. Crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir Precoce, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Bacchus, and Ortega grapes sourced from family-run vineyards in Kent, Suffolk & Sussex, including the legendary Kits Coty. Consistently winning accolades, in 2021, it received a Gold at the Independent English Wine Awards and one of the only two medals for still English rosé at the International Wine & Spirits Competition.
Domaine de la Croix Cuvee Irresistible Cotes de Provence Cru Classe Rose 2023
Light, fruity and delicious, Cuvee Irresistible lives up to its name and is to be enjoyed with friends. An almost luminous and pale pink colour, this wine boasts an expressive nose with aromas of peach and small red fruits. On the palate, it achieves a beautiful balance, blending freshness with citrus notes. Provence in a glass, from the largest Cru Classé in the the Côtes de Provence.

Malvid Verdejo Seleccion Sobre Lias 2022
Malvid, an up-and-coming brand, found itself at a crossroads in 2020. The pandemic and dwindling demand from wineries compelled them to shift their focus from cultivation to crafting their own wine. Seleccion Sobre Lias is a singular limited production Verdejo made from a rigorous selection of grapes, seeking to achieve the greatest expression of the Verdejo variety by ageing on its own lees to enhance the expressiveness of the wine.

SpaceNine A23 Syrah NV
The husband-and-wife team behind A23’s wines, Thomas and Gunhild, have a unique approach to winemaking. Above all else, they aim to produce wines that capture the essence of the grape they are using. While many winemakers are all about terroir and a taste of place, for Thomas and Gunhild, the grape’s the star. The A23 Syrah is a fantastically complex, silky-textured, well-structured wine. Deeply coloured, the bouquet blends black fruits and black pepper with a touch of purple flowers.
Ernesto del Palacio Tinto Roble Toro 2021
Ernesto del Palacio has been making wine for over 300 years in the region of Toro, most famously known for its powerful reds made from Tinta de Toro, a variant of the internationally known Tempranillo. Their Crianza undergoes 6 months of aging in French and American oak barrels, resulting in a full-bodied, powerful, and well-balanced wine.

TastingBOX
The TastingBOX is delivered free of charge by UK Royal Mail Tracked 48hr to UK addresses only.
As indicated in our Quality Promise we will happily refund or exchange any faulty bottles. All we ask is the bottles in question are returned to us at least half full for verification purposes. If a bottle is broken on delivery we will also replace or refund it but we do require photographic evidence of the breakage. Equally we can arrange for the bottles to be collected the next time you receive a delivery from us.
Should we be unable to fulfil any part, or all of an order, Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) will suggest comparable substitutions. You are free to refuse these suggestions and are eligible for a full refund of relevant parts of the order.
In all instances, Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) must be informed of any claim within 24 hours of receipt of delivery by email or telephone. All refunds will be issued after we have received and approved the faulty items and the amount will be re-credited to your account within 30 days. The amount refunded will be equal to the full amount paid for the relevant products at the time of purchase and must be made by the same payment method as the original sale.
If you choose to cancel your contract of sale with Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) you may do so within 30 days of receipt of the goods. If the goods have already been dispatched they must be returned to us unopened and undamaged, and Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) will not be liable for any costs associated with the original or return delivery.
No refund can be given when a case has left bond as the value will be affected. Individual bottles of Fine Wine will be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis.
