The Beauroy site, designated as a Premier Cru ‘climat,’ features limestone-rich soils that produce fresh, clean, and mineral-rich wines. Sylvain Mosnier's traditional approach avoids new oak, resulting in wines that are delightful when young but also have the potential to age and develop beautifully in the bottle.

Albert Bichot Bourgogne Aligote
Ghostly pale, with a greenish, Chablis-like tint, the bouquet blooms out of the glass, offering white flowers, green pears and yellow grapefruit. On the palate, it's fresh, zesty and clean. Mouth-watering citrus is subtly offset by savoury minerals, green herbs, and yeast.

This exquisite Chenin Blanc is the fruit of a solitary hilltop vineyard nestled in the Polkadraai Hills, celebrated for its exceptional Chenin Blanc. Here, ancient vines flourish in rocky granite soils, caressed by the invigorating Cape South Easter winds, resulting in a Chenin Blanc that is not merely a wine but a vivid, mouthwatering revelation, brimming with vitality and charm.

Malvid Verdejo
90 Points - James Suckling. Malvid, an up-and-coming brand, found itself at a crossroads in 2020. The pandemic and dwindling demand from wineries compelled it to shift its focus from cultivation to crafting its own wine. Already receiving multiple awards for its wines, Malvid's Verdejo exhibits great intensity on the nose, with aromas of tropical fruits and citrus notes perfectly combined with herbal undertones. It is structured and balanced on the palate, offering a fresh and long fruity finish. This outstanding example of Verdejo was recently awarded a hugely impressive 90 Points by James Suckling.
SpaceNine A23 Riesling Trocken
A23 captures the soul of the grape itself. This Riesling boasts a pure nose of white flowers, crisp apple & pear, with zesty citrus. The dry palate explodes with layers of green & white fruit, a hint of lemon & honey, ending with a kiss of minerals.
Xavier Frissant Touraine Sauvignon Blanc
The Frissant family have been making wine on this 27 hectare vineyard for 8 generations. Spanning 5 different locations and 2 distinct soils structures. This diversity of terroirs allows Xavier to match each grape variety with its perfect growing conditions to produce wines of complexity, and a real expression of the land that they are from. Sourced from the lieux-dits of Les Pentes and Les Hauts Noyers this Touraine Sauvignon Blanc has the balance and minerality of many Sancerre's but for a fraction of the price.

The TastingBOX is delivered free of charge by UK Royal Mail Tracked 48hr to UK addresses only.
As indicated in our Quality Promise we will happily refund or exchange any faulty bottles. All we ask is the bottles in question are returned to us at least half full for verification purposes. If a bottle is broken on delivery we will also replace or refund it but we do require photographic evidence of the breakage. Equally we can arrange for the bottles to be collected the next time you receive a delivery from us.
Should we be unable to fulfil any part, or all of an order, Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) will suggest comparable substitutions. You are free to refuse these suggestions and are eligible for a full refund of relevant parts of the order.
In all instances, Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) must be informed of any claim within 24 hours of receipt of delivery by email or telephone. All refunds will be issued after we have received and approved the faulty items and the amount will be re-credited to your account within 30 days. The amount refunded will be equal to the full amount paid for the relevant products at the time of purchase and must be made by the same payment method as the original sale.
If you choose to cancel your contract of sale with Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) you may do so within 30 days of receipt of the goods. If the goods have already been dispatched they must be returned to us unopened and undamaged, and Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) will not be liable for any costs associated with the original or return delivery.
No refund can be given when a case has left bond as the value will be affected. Individual bottles of Fine Wine will be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis.
