The Moulin des Vrilleres Sancerre Rosé is produced from 100% Pinot Noir grown on fine limestone and clay soils. The limestone imparts a wonderful minerality while the clay adds depth to the finished wine. It’s produced using the saignée method whereby the skins ‘bleed’ a little colour into the wine over a period of around 12 hours.
