The vineyard of Nuits-Saint-Georges is recognised as an area producing some of the world’s greatest Pinot Noir wines, and the Premier Cru parcel of “Les Crots” is exposed at the top of the hillside, at an altitude of 275m on an escarpment which requires vine cultivation in terraces and handpicking.
