Domaine Jean Monnier

Domaine Jean Monnier

Domaine Jean Monnier is one of the oldest domaines in Burgundy having been established in 1720. The current owner’s family, Nicolas Monnier, wine roots date back even further as he is a sixteenth-generation winemaker. Today the estate is comprised of 17 hectares of vines with prized parcels in Meursault, Puligny Montrachet, Volnay, Pommard and Beaune, all of which are planted primarily with old vines ranging from 25 to 60 years of age.
